When registering your product be sure to select the correct product you purchased in the Drop Down (Select One) Field. If you purchased the Professional or Burn-In version and received additional software with it such as PC-Diag Remote Control with Remote Clients, PC-Diag USB or PC-Diag NIC test just select only the version you purchased not the additional software you received.
If you do not enter your product correctly in the Drop Down (Select One) field or mistakenly try to register a PC-Diag Lite or PC-Diag Novice version as a PC-Diag Professional or PC-Diag Burn-In version you'll experience a problem with your registration and have to repeat the process.
NOTE: Your product registration number will be forwarded to the e-mail address you entered on this registration form within the hour, PLEASE be patient! If you do not receive you activation number within the hour then you should check your SPAM folders, especially if you are using AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, EARTHLINK or any similar addresses.
IMPORTANT: All serial activation numbers you receive from us work 100% of the time, GUARANTEED!! If the serial numbers you receive from us do not work there is only one reason for that to happen and that is you have selected the wrong version to register and they are not compatible. In other words make absolutely sure if you've received physical Media on a CD or USB drive you check the version. Example: If you register for Burn-In and you have a Professional version CD or USB drive the activation numbers will not work.
